AVPN Certificate No. 543
At Forni Rossi we prepare traditional Neapolitan pizza, which is not CRISPY. A characteristic feature of Neapolitan pizza is the risen, flexible edges and the thin dough inside the pizza, moist with tomato sauce. Forni Rossi 543 is a member of the AVPN association (Association of Real Neapolitan Pizza of Naples). It was the first Neapolitan pizzeria in Poland to receive the AVPN certificate No. 543 in the world. See you over pizza. Zapicka – a dish made from pizza dough with toppings such as tomato sauce, cold cuts, mushrooms, cheese, etc., baked in electric, gas or wood ovens, most often in single, rectangular baking trays measuring 20 to 35 cm long and 4 to 15 cm wide. The name zapicka is a legally protected word trademark .
